Pipe Fitter

Overview: UMC Automation & Compression, is a recognized industry leader in the engineering and design of Vapor Recovery and LACT units throughout the world and offers a great compensation package with excellent benefits along with a strong team oriented atmosphere. Responsibilities: As a Pipe Fitter and Shop Technician for UMC Automation & Compression you will work on gas compressor and LACT packages sold to our end users throughout the world. This position is responsible for complete fabrication of these packages and all pipe fitting and assembly. Qualifications: Ability to work independently with little or no supervision. Team player - work well with a team. Good communication and mathematical skills. Valid drivers license and clean driving record strongly preferred but not required. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Field Technician

Job duties include installation and maintenance of compression units in the field. Experience is necessary.
